Everything you need to know about hiring, managing, and growing with your Virtual Assistant.
Last updated: October 24, 2025
Absolutely anything that can be done remotely. Our VAs have a wide range of backgrounds, from Executive Assistants, Bookkeepers, and Social Media Managers, through to Engineers, Architects, and Graphic Designers. Many hold university degrees and bring previous experience across corporate, creative, and technical industries.
All of our Virtual Assistants are based in the Philippines. We recruit top-tier talent with strong English proficiency and cultural alignment.
Filipino VAs are culturally aligned, fluent in English, hardworking, and loyal. With the right support, they become long-term assets to your business.
Because we do it all - recruitment, vetting, pre-training (in selected areas), HR, payroll, performance reviews, and day-to-day support.
While our pricing is in line with industry standards, you’re getting more value. This includes pre-training for your VA, ongoing training, and exceptional support for both you and your VA. We also handle HR and payroll. While hiring directly may be cheaper, it involves managing recruitment, training, onboarding, and ongoing HR, which can be time-consuming and costly if things don’t work out.
All our VAs work from home. As part of our recruitment process, we ensure they have everything needed for a productive remote setup including a reliable laptop, stable internet, backup internet, and a quiet workspace.
While VAs supply their own equipment, if you'd prefer to provide your VA with specific tools or devices, we're happy to help coordinate that, just let your Account Manager know.
While it can happen, we’ve got your back. We’ll manage the entire replacement process from recruitment to handover and ensure minimal disruption. Your VA is also supported by a Team Leader to ensure consistency and backup.
If things aren’t clicking, we’ll replace your VA at no extra cost. We’re here to make sure you’re happy and supported.
Yes! If phone-based tasks are required, we’ll match you with a VA experienced in outbound/inbound calling. You’ll just need to provide VOIP software like Aircall or JustCall.
We use a screen shot monitoring tool to track activity during shifts (unless you opt out). You’re also encouraged to set your own reporting rhythms. Our Team Leaders review logs daily for accountability.
Depending on their experience and your needs: lead gen, admin, content creation, project support, customer service, social media, and more. If you need niche tasks (e.g. bookkeeping, engineering, design), we can recruit specifically for that.
Your VA is supported by a dedicated Team Leader, our Training Team, HR, a Performance Coach and their Account Manager. This means they always have someone to turn to (other than you!) for help.
That’s okay! Most clients start with 3-4 key tasks. As your VA builds confidence and systems, you’ll naturally find more to delegate. Freeing up even a few hours a week makes a huge difference.
VAs receive 10 paid leave days per year (including Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). Additional leave is approved by you. Optional: you can offer extra paid time off during the holidays.
They can use their paid leave. If they’re sick and choose not to use their leave, you won’t be charged for the time missed.
Absolutely not. If your VA leaves and isn’t working through notice, your invoice will be paused until a new VA starts.
Yes! We now offer interviews for all roles. Once we shortlist top candidates who have passed our training and assessments, you’ll have the opportunity to interview and select your preferred VA.
We operate 24/7. Your VA will align with your preferred time zone whether full-time (8 hrs/day) or part-time (4 hrs/day).
You can use whatever tools you’re already comfortable with - Slack, email, WhatsApp, Zoom, or others. During your onboarding, we’ll help set up the communication systems you prefer, and ensure your VA is familiar with them.
Your VA will use the systems and tools already in place in your business. This can include CRMs, project management platforms, inbox tools, social media schedulers, VOIP systems, and more. You’ll need to provide any required logins, access, and software licences. Linked VA does not cover the cost of subscriptions or paid tools. If you're unsure what tools are best, your Account Manager can help guide you based on your goals.
We pre-train your VA in organic social media lead gen, content repurposing, audience engagement, and time management. You’ll still need to train them on your specific business.
