General Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

Perform various administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling meetings, social media moderation, content writing, and creation.

Qualifications

• Work experience as Social Media Manager is a must
• Should be proficient in verbal and written English
• Virtual Admin Experience or Online Freelancing Experience is a plus
• Experience dealing with overseas clients is an advantage
• Good attention to details, and must be people-oriented, extremely organized, and technically savvy;
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Reliable & has great initiative
• Excellent Data Entry Skills
• Excellent Time and Client Management Skills

Technical Requirements

• Personal Unit (Laptop) w/ at least 4GB Ram Storage
• Reliable ISP (at least 5 Mbps)
• Data Connection – Prepaid Wifi/Mobile
• Working web camera
