Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Use Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban etc) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of work (internally and externally).
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members, ensuring the efficient use of skills and expertise.
- Monitor team performance and workload to ensure optimal productivity.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and testing as needed.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and status reports.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Capture and document project changes and updates.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Provide financial reports and forecasts to clients and management.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in project management, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Certificate and/or experience in Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban etc).
- Proven experience in project management within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in working remotely with a quiet dedicated work environment and reliable high-speed internet.
- Team Player – able to work with colleagues and supervisor
