Role Overview: 

As a Project Manager,  you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.


  • Project Planning:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
    • Use Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban etc) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of work (internally and externally).
  • Resource Management:
    • Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members, ensuring the efficient use of skills and expertise.
    • Monitor team performance and workload to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Conduct thorough quality checks and testing as needed.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and status reports.
    • Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
    • Capture and document project changes and updates.
  • Budget Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
    • Provide financial reports and forecasts to clients and management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in project management, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Certificate and/or experience in Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban etc).
  • Proven experience in project management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in working remotely with a quiet dedicated work environment and reliable high-speed internet.
  • Team Player – able to work with colleagues and supervisor
  • Able to work with time tracking application (ScreenshotMonitor, TimeDoctor, etc)
