Job Brief:
We are seeking a talented and experienced ArchiCAD Virtual Assistant to support our architectural team in managing client relationships, developing design proposals, and creating technical drawings and documents. As an ArchiCAD expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality architectural projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design Proposal Development: Assist in developing and presenting design proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Technical Drawings: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents using ArchiCAD.
- Project Management: Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in architecture or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working as a CAD Architect or CAD Draftsman.
- Technical Skills: Excellent technical drawing skills, proficiency in ArchiCAD software.
- Communication: Strong communication and project management skills.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Creative Skills: Strong creative and visualization skills.
