I needed a VA to get some marketing done. I had a system (I’m all about the process) and just needed someone to ‘do the doing’.

I tried freelancer sites and got ghosted. I used an agency and got a VA that didn’t suit me. I tried a local VA, but she had too much work to commit more than a couple of hours a week to me.

So, I went to the Philippines. I had friends over there, and they introduced me to some VAs. I asked those VAs what they loved and hated about what they did and they told me:

They felt overworked and underpaid
They didn’t feel like they had career opportunities
Any upskilling or training had to be funded by them
They didn’t feel like they were part of a team
But, they loved the work

The solution was obvious – treat the team better, help them feel secure and valued, pay them more and give them support, training and career opportunities. That trip became Linked VA.

What You’ll Experience

You’ll be assigned an account manager. They’re a REAL person, based in our Brisbane office and they will handle any issues you may have. They also look for opportunities to upskill your VA or enhance your experience through efficiency. From there, you’ll go through our onboarding process and once your VA starts, you’ll get regular reports and structured check-ins.
