What You’ll Experience
You’ll be assigned an account manager. They’re a REAL person, based in our Brisbane office and they will handle any issues you may have. They also look for opportunities to upskill your VA or enhance your experience through efficiency. From there, you’ll go through our onboarding process and once your VA starts, you’ll get regular reports and structured check-ins.
